PAs Needed for Indie Feature Film

Independent production company looking for interns for an upcoming feature shoot. Seasoned production team and crew getting back to their low budget roots. Opportunities to work in a variety of departments. Positive attitude a must.

shooting from May 4-21 (14 total shoot days: May 4,5,6,7,8,11,12,13,14,15,18,19,20,21). Must be able to receive school credit.

If interested (or if you have any questions about your role or the film itself), please send a resume/email to Christina, the production coordinator, at iLIVEDmovie@gmail.com. They will be holding phone interviews this week and next and filling slots as soon as possible.

From the production coordinator:

“Since they’re working for free, we of course want them to get as much out of this as they can. They would all be designated production interns (meaning they would be doing all the odd jobs PAs usually do), but because it is such a small scale production, there is absolutely the freedom to try different departments (or one in particular if they’re really interested). Our first week will be particularly hectic because we’re on location and have multiple moves throughout those days—it will really be all hands on deck for all the departments (production and art department especially). Our second two weeks we will be at one house and things will be much more contained—this would be a great time for them to explore their interests in any of our departments.”

So production duties (setting up tables/chairs, doing lockups, trash pickup, etc.) would take priority but if you want to work with a certain department, there will be ample room to do so.
