Hi, I’m sa-I-ra. I am a graduate from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology, with concentration in Counseling and Interviewing. I am currently working on getting my Masters of Science in Academic Advising at Kansas State University. I was previously working in the Student Records Department, but now have this great opportunity to be a part of Student Development. I enjoy working and helping everyone who comes to Student Development. So, please feel free to walk by Student Development with any questions and concerns as we are here to help you successfully complete your education here at the Los Angeles Film School and the Los Angeles Recording School!

Hi, I’m Kelsey, nice to meet you! I’m originally from the LA area but have been lucky enough to call Montclair, Orange County, San Diego, and now Long Beach my home. I studied TV/Film production and Photojournalism at Cal State Fullerton, and then studied Higher Ed Leadership at San Diego State University where I worked first in on-campus housing and then in international student relations. I love travelling, graphic design & photography, learning the guitar, watching the Lakers, and trying to go to live music shows as much as possible. I look forward to helping you on the road to graduation!

Hello student! My name is Tattiya Kliengklom and I was born and raised in Northern California. Before becoming a Student Advisor at the Los Angeles Film School and Los Angeles Recording School, I taught Behavioral Sciences and Historical Archetypes and Mythology online. I really do love this school! I received my B.A. in Experimental Psychology and M.A. in Social Psychology, which means that I am extremely interested in the way people interact with and navigate within their environment. While not advising and helping students make the most of their time at LAFS or LARS, I enjoy Bikram yoga, rock climbing, photography, and adventure time.

Hi all, I am Yacine Pezzan, probably the most cosmopolitan advisor of the bunch! My background is profoundly multi-cultural with ties to Senegal, France, and Italy. I earned a B.A. in Speech Communications from Monmouth College, in Illinois but my passion for the education field was so strong that I went on to earning a Master Degree in Education. I have worked as an academic advisor for many years in the US and also in Italy where the majority of my students were US active service members and their families. It is my belief that an academic advisor’s primary role involves empathy, discretion, and a good dose of tough love. I look forward to working with each and every one of you!

Hello! My name is Yvette Sanchez and I was born and raised in Walnut, California. I have Bachelors in Child and Adolescent Studies and Masters in Educational Counseling from the University of La Verne. Before becoming a Student Advisor at The Los Angeles Film and Recording School, I was an Intern at the local middle school and high school in my area. Since my time here, I can truly say that I love and enjoy coming to work every day knowing that I am able to hopefully make a difference in your life and help you pursue your dreams and aspirations. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and friends, going to country concerts and eating Sushi. Feel free to stop by and say hi! anytime…..
